Delete Your FridgeOne Account

You can delete your FridgeOne account and personal data at any time.

How to delete

• In the app: Settings → Delete Account → confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately and permanently.
• By email: if you can't access the app, email [email protected] from your account email with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete it within 30 days and confirm.

What is deleted

Your sign-in credentials, profile (name, email, notification token), household membership, saved recipe preferences, and AI-recipe history. Scanned photos are never stored, so there is nothing to delete there.

What may remain

• Shared household data (pantry, shopping list, waste logs) you added stays with the other members of your household, unlinked from your account. If you are the only member, it is removed with your account.
• Subscriptions are managed by Google Play / the App Store — deleting your account does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in your store account.
• Records we must keep by law are retained only as long as required, then deleted.
