Terms of Use — FridgeOne

By downloading, accessing, or using FridgeOne ("the app", "we", "us") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. We may update these Terms at our discretion; we will note significant changes (for example in the store release notes), and continued use means you accept them.

Your use of FridgeOne

FridgeOne helps you track food and reduce waste. How you use it — including relying on expiry dates, shelf-life estimates, and AI-generated recipes — is your own responsibility and at your own risk. Always use your own judgment about food safety.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use FridgeOne. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the app only with a parent or guardian's consent.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure, and for providing accurate information. You belong to one household at a time.

Subscriptions (Premium)

FridgeOne offers an optional Premium subscription billed through Google Play or the App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled; you can manage or cancel anytime in your store account. Prices are shown in the app. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Content & intellectual property

The FridgeOne app, brand, and content (including recipe and shelf-life data) are owned by or licensed to FridgeOne and provided for your personal, non-commercial use. Data you enter remains yours.

Termination

You or we may suspend or end your account at any time — for example if you breach these Terms or we cannot verify your information. Termination may involve permanent deletion of your data.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or freedom from errors. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that food-safety and AI information is accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FridgeOne and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost data or spoiled food) arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. Your sole remedy for any problem with the Service is to stop using it.

Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact [email protected] first so we can try to resolve any dispute informally; failing that, the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Disputes may be brought only on an individual basis, not as a class action.
